I had a fantastic experience with Patriot Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical. As an engineer, I tend to ask a lot of technical questions, and Stephen was absolutely perfect. He was incredibly knowledgeable and showed great patience with my inquisitive mind, explaining the system's mechanics clearly. I also love that this is a veteran-owned company. It’s clear they take pride in their work and values. Highly recommend Stephen and the whole Patriot team!

So when we had our septic backup I called Patriot on Tuesday 12/9/2025 not expecting to have much luck with scheduling as I figured everyone was booked. From the moment Kasey answered the phone I immediately felt calmed and she worked her magic and booked an appointment for same day service. I asked for their best experienced technician and she said she was going to put Justin on it. Justin gave me a courtesy call before arrival and continuously communicated the issues that he found from another company and provided a resolution. Justin truly went above and beyond in helping us with this nightmare of a situation and really put us at ease. Not only did he brief us on his findings but also stayed afterhours (11pm) in 30 degree temps to help get us back up and running as a temporary fix since we knew our situation would require a return visit. We scheduled a return visit for the following week as their schedule was booked up for later the same week which is completely understandable. However Justin being the amazing miracle worker he is, called me on a Thursday to move my appointment up to Friday (5 days sooner). This not only made me feel relieved and happy but also one step closer to getting this situation behind us. Justin showed up, did his thing and debriefed us on what he completed. The communication from that very first initial call to the completion of the job was nothing short of perfection. They really need to give Justin and Kasey a cape because they were our superhero’s when we needed it! If you are even questioning about using this company the answer is YES YOU SHOULD!!! As a contractor myself I’m always adding people to my contacts for future reference and they are now my “go-to” when is comes to septic tanks and I won’t go anywhere else. I wish I could give them 10 STARS because of how amazing they are! The nightmare of a full septic near Christmas is never fun but entrusting our property with Patriot was one of the best decisions I could’ve ever made! THANK YOU TO JUSTIN, KASEY, AND TEAM FOR HELPING US WITH OUR SEPTIC!

Kasey answered the call the day after Christmas at 10 pm!! Without hesitation she responded and took charge on getting what we needed lined up!! Very polite, professional and kept me updated! Justin and his helper have done an amazing job! They were both very polite and respectful! Justin explained what he was doing, what the issues were step by step along with what the cost would be and the best way to fix it! He was a take charge kind of guy which is what I like! I definitely would recommend Patriot and I will use them for any plumbing and AC needs! Hopefully no more sewage needs once they’re finished with this one! 🤣

I’d like to Recognize Cooper, who came out to my home today with his coworker and did some major electrical Work. He was amazing to have here, did a great job on the electrical and my ceiling fan installation. I appreciated his friendliness and enthusiasm to assist me. Patriot has great employees that represent them.!

No one wants to spend money fixing their septic tank but I am thrilled I chose patriot. They were overly helpful and very responsive. The service technician Steven was extremely respectful and knowledgeable. I used them for their septic services but will definitely be using them again if I need for any of their other services they offer
