Terms & Conditions

Eligibility & Agreement to Rules:

By entering the contest, participants agree to comply with and abide by these rules and the decisions of Patriot Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical, which shall be final and binding in all respects.  Participation is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Limitations of Liability:

Patriot Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or any equipment or programming associated with or used in the contest.  Patriot assumes no responsibility for any technical issues that may arise during participation, such as lost or delayed submissions due to internet or software malfunctions.

Winner Responsibilities:

The winner must be available to schedule the installation within the 60-day window from the date of winning notification.

If the winner fails to schedule the installation in this time period, the prize may be forfeited and Patriot reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

Prize Restrictions:

The grand prize is limited to a standard installation of gas furnace heater. Any upgrades, modifications, or requests for non-standard installations will incur additional costs. There is no cash out or exchange option for the grand prize.

Use of Personal Information:

By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information by Patriot Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical for the purposes of running the contest, contacting winners, and for promotional purposes. Patriot will not sell or share personal information with third parties.

Right to Cancel or Modify:

Patriot Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest in the event of any technical issues, fraud, or other problems beyond their control.
